Payment Policy

• 50% of the package cost must be paid at the time of booking to confirm reservations.

• The remaining 50% to be paid at least 7 days before departure.

• Bookings made within 10 days of travel must be paid in full at the time of booking.

• Payments can be made via Bank Transfer / UPI / Credit or Debit Card.

• Travel vouchers, ferry tickets, and hotel confirmations will be shared only after receipt of advance payment.

Cancellation Policy

• 30 days before travel date: 10% of package cost will be charged.

• 15 – 29 days before travel date: 25% of package cost will be charged.

• 07 – 14 days before travel date: 50% of package cost will be charged.

• Less than 07 days / No Show: 100% of package cost will be charged.

• No refund for unused services, ferry delays, or last-minute changes due to weather or government restrictions.
