Payment Policy

50% of the package cost must be paid at the time of booking to confirm reservations.

The remaining 50% to be paid at least 7 days before departure.

For bookings made within 10 days of travel, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.

Payments can be made via Bank Transfer / UPI / Credit or Debit Card.

Travel vouchers, ferry tickets, and hotel confirmations will be issued only after receipt of advance payment.
Cancellation Policy

30 days before travel date: 10% of package cost will be charged.

15 – 29 days before travel date: 25% of package cost will be charged.

07 – 14 days before travel date: 50% of package cost will be charged.

Less than 07 days / No Show: 100% of package cost will be charged.

No refund for unused services, last-minute changes, ferry delays, or cancellations due to weather or government restrictions.
⚠️ Special Note: Peak season (December–January, long weekends, and festival dates) bookings are non-refundable.
