Payment Policy

At ROAM ANDAMAN HOLIDAYS, a Trusted Brand of ANDAMAN LOCAL TOUR OPERATOR, we are committed to making your booking experience smooth, transparent, and secure. To maintain clarity, we have outlined our payment policy below:

Booking & Advance Payment

  • To confirm your booking, an advance payment of 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of reservation.

  • The remaining balance must be cleared 7 days before the tour start date.

Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

  • Net Banking / UPI / Debit & Credit Cards

  • Bank Transfers (details shared upon confirmation)

  • Secure Online Payment Gateways

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 30 days before travel: 80% refund.

  • Cancellations made 15–29 days before travel: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before travel: No refund.

  • In case of flight/ferry delays, weather disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances, ROAM ANDAMAN HOLIDAYS will assist in rescheduling but is not liable for refunds beyond the policy.

Important Notes

  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

  • Any additional expenses due to natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions are to be borne by the traveler.

  • A confirmation receipt will be sent via email/WhatsApp after every successful transaction.
