Cancellation Policy

At ROAM ANDAMAN HOLIDAYS, a proud brand of Andaman Local Tour Operator, we value your trust and aim to provide complete transparency in every step of your travel journey. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, requiring changes or cancellations to your plans. Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and fair:

General Cancellation Terms

  • 30 days or more before travel date – Eligible for 80% refund of the total package cost.

  • 16 to 29 days before travel date – Eligible for 50% refund of the total package cost.

  • Less than 16 days before travel dateNo refund will be provided.

Important Conditions

All cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp to be considered valid.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after deduction of applicable charges.

Bookings made for peak seasons, festivals, or long weekends may have stricter cancellation rules.

No refund will be given for unused services, such as sightseeing, meals, or transport, if voluntarily missed during the trip.

In case of flight/ferry cancellations, weather issues, or government restrictions, we will provide maximum assistance in rescheduling, but refunds are subject to third-party service providers’ policies.
