Booking & Payment – All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment. The remaining balance must be cleared before the commencement of the trip. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation without refund.
Inclusions & Exclusions – The services included in your package (such as accommodation, meals, transfers, and sightseeing) will be clearly mentioned in your itinerary. Any additional expenses, personal costs, or activities not listed will be borne by the traveler.
Cancellations & Refunds – Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the company’s cancellation policy. Please note that certain services like flight/ferry tickets and hotel bookings may be non-refundable.
Changes to Itinerary – Global Andaman reserves the right to alter, reschedule, or cancel any part of the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, ferry delays, or government restrictions.
Traveler’s Responsibility – Guests must carry valid travel documents (ID proof, permits, tickets) and follow local laws and guidelines during their stay.
Liability – While we take utmost care in providing safe and enjoyable experiences, Global Andaman is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party services or natural circumstances.
