Payments

• An advance of 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

• The remaining 50% balance must be paid 15 days prior to the travel date.

• For bookings made within 15 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, UPI, or other approved methods.

Cancellations

• 30 days or more prior to travel date: 90% of the total amount will be refunded (10% service charge applies).

• 15–29 days prior to travel date: 50% of the package cost will be refunded.

• Less than 15 days prior to travel date: No refund will be provided.

• No-show or early departure: Entire package cost will be forfeited.

Important Notes

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.

• Any cancellation due to natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions will be subject to hotel and transport service provider policies.

• In case of rescheduling, additional charges may apply depending on availability and season.
