Payment Policy

• To confirm your booking, a minimum of 30% advance payment is required at the time of reservation.

• The remaining 70% balance must be cleared 15 days prior to the travel date.

• For last-minute bookings (within 15 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

• Payments can be made via Bank Transfer / UPI / Credit or Debit Card.

• Once payment is received, a confirmation voucher will be shared via email/WhatsApp.

Cancellation Policy

• 30 days or more prior to departure – 20% of the package cost will be charged.

• 15–29 days prior to departure – 40% of the package cost will be charged.

• 7–14 days prior to departure – 60% of the package cost will be charged.

• Less than 7 days prior to departure / No Show – 100% of the package cost will be charged.

• In case of flight/train/ferry cancellations due to weather or government restrictions, the refund/rescheduling will be processed as per the respective service provider’s policy.
