Payment Policy

• To confirm the booking, an advance payment of 30% of the total package cost is required.

• The remaining balance must be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.

• For bookings made within 15 days of travel, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or other accepted methods.

Cancellation Policy

• 30 days or more before travel date – 90% refund of the package cost.

• 15–29 days before travel date – 50% refund of the package cost.

• 7–14 days before travel date – 25% refund of the package cost.

• Less than 7 days before travel date – No refund applicable.

• In case of a no-show or early departure, no refund will be provided.

Important Notes

• All refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation.

• Certain bookings such as flight tickets, ferry bookings, or special resort reservations may be non-refundable.

• Cancellations due to natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen events will be handled as per the service provider’s policies.
