Payment Policy

• 50% of the total package cost to be paid at the time of booking for confirmation.

• Balance 50% to be paid 7 days prior to departure.

• Bookings made within 10 days of travel must be paid in full at the time of confirmation.

• Payments can be made via Bank Transfer / UPI / Credit or Debit Card.

• Confirmation vouchers and ferry tickets will be issued only after receipt of advance payment.

Cancellation Policy

• 30 days before travel date: 10% of package cost will be charged.

• 15 – 29 days before travel date: 25% of package cost will be charged.

• 07 – 14 days before travel date: 50% of package cost will be charged.

• Less than 07 days / No Show: 100% of package cost will be charged.

• No refund for unused services or last-minute cancellations due to weather, ferry delays, or government restrictions.
