Exclusions

• Airfare/train tickets to and from Port Blair.

• Lunch, dinner, and snacks unless specified in inclusions.

• Water sports activities like scuba diving, snorkeling, sea walk, jet ski, etc. (can be arranged at an additional cost).

• Any expenses arising due to flight delays, cancellations, weather conditions, or natural calamities.

• Camera tickets at monuments or tourist places.

• Medical and travel insurance.

Payment Policy

• At the time of booking: 30% of the total package cost as advance.

• 30 days before arrival: 40% of the package cost.

• 7 days before arrival / on arrival: Balance 30% of the package cost.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or other approved payment methods.

• Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.

Cancellation Policy

• 30 days before arrival – 10% of the package cost will be charged.

• 15–29 days before arrival – 25% of the package cost will be charged.

• 7–14 days before arrival – 50% of the package cost will be charged.

• Less than 7 days before arrival / No Show – 100% of the package cost will be charged.

• No refund will be applicable for unused services, ferry cancellations, or last-minute changes due to weather/natural calamities.
