Payment Policy

• Booking Confirmation: 50% of the total package cost to be paid in advance.

• Balance Payment: Remaining 50% must be cleared 7 days prior to travel.

• Payment Modes: Bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking.

• Bookings will be confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.

Cancellation Policy

• 30 days or more before travel: Full refund minus 5% processing fee.

• 15–29 days before travel: 50% of total package cost will be deducted.

• 7–14 days before travel: 25% of total package cost will be deducted.

• Less than 7 days / No-show: No refund will be provided.

• Flight/Ferry Tickets: Non-refundable once issued, as per operator policy.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• Cancellations due to unforeseen events (natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions) will follow the above policy; rescheduling assistance will be provided.

• All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or official WhatsApp.
