• Travel insurance, medical expenses, or emergency evacuation charges

• Any additional sightseeing or activities not included in the itinerary

• Any increase in taxes, fuel charges, or hotel tariffs beyond company’s control

• Anything not specifically mentioned under “Inclusions”

Payment Policy

• An advance payment of 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

• The balance amount must be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.

• For bookings made less than 15 days before departure, the full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other approved payment methods.

Cancellation Policy

• 30 days or more before departure – 90% of the total package cost will be refunded (after deducting applicable processing charges).

• 15 to 29 days before departure – 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.

• Less than 15 days before departure – No refund will be applicable.

• In case of no-show, unused services, or early departure, no refund will be provided.

• Any refund, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
