Payment Policy

• Booking Confirmation: A minimum of 30% advance payment of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

• Balance Payment: The remaining 70% must be paid 15 days prior to the travel date.

• For bookings made within 15 days of departure, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or secure online gateway.

• Final confirmation vouchers, ferry tickets, and hotel bookings will be shared only after full payment is received.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• 30 days or more before travel date – 90% refund of package cost.

• 15–29 days before travel date – 50% refund of package cost.

• Less than 15 days before travel date – No refund.

• In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, no refund will be applicable.

• Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 10–15 working days.

Note: Certain hotels, cruises, and third-party service providers may apply non-refundable charges, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
