• ✅ Balance 50% to be cleared 7 days prior to travel date.

• ✅ For bookings made within 7 days of travel, 100% payment is required at confirmation.

• ✅ Payments accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or secure online payment gateways.

Cancellation Policy

• ❌ 30 days before arrival: 90% refund of the paid amount.

• ❌ 15–29 days before arrival: 50% refund of the paid amount.

• ❌ 7–14 days before arrival: 25% refund of the paid amount.

• ❌ Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: No refund.

• ❌ No refund for unused services, last-minute changes, or cancellations made after the trip has started.
