Payment Policy

Booking Confirmation: A minimum of 30% advance payment of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be cleared 15 days prior to the travel date.
For bookings made within 15 days of departure, 100% payment is required upfront.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or secure online payment gateway.
Booking vouchers, ferry tickets, and hotel confirmations will be shared only after receipt of full payment.

❌ Cancellation Policy

30 days or more before travel date – 90% refund of the package cost.
15–29 days before travel date – 50% refund of the package cost.
Less than 15 days before travel date – No refund.
In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, no refund will be applicable.
Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 10–15 working days.
