Day 1: Arrival at Port Blair – Local Sightseeing

• Arrive at Veer Savarkar International Airport, Port Blair.

• Meet & greet followed by hotel transfer.

• After lunch, visit the historic Cellular Jail.

Day 2: Port Blair → Havelock Island – Radhanagar Beach

• Early morning ferry to Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep).

• Check in to the hotel/resort.

• Visit the world-famous Radhanagar Beach (Asia’s top-rated beach by Time Magazine).

• Spend time relaxing by the turquoise waters.

• Overnight stay at Havelock Island.

Day 3: Havelock Island – Elephant Beach / Leisure

• After breakfast, proceed to Elephant Beach by boat (known for snorkeling & water activities).

• Return to resort and relax.

Day 4: Havelock → Neil Island → Port Blair

• Morning ferry to Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep).

• Afternoon ferry back to Port Blair.

Day 5: Departure from Port Blair

❌ Exclusions

• Airfare / Train fare to and from Port Blair.

• Lunch & dinner unless specified.

• Personal expenses such as laundry, tips, telephone calls, beverages, etc.

• Camera tickets, snorkeling, scuba diving, water sports, or any optional tours.

• Vehicle at disposal other than mentioned in the itinerary.

• Any cost arising due to natural calamities, flight delays, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Anything not mentioned in the “Inclusions” section.

Payments

• An advance payment of 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

• The balance 70% payment must be completed 7 days before the travel date.

• Bookings made within 10 days of departure require 100% advance payment.

• Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking.

• A confirmation email/voucher will be issued once payment is received.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

• 30 days before travel date – 90% refund of package cost.

• 15–29 days before travel date – 50% refund of package cost.

• Less than 15 days before travel date – No refund.

• No Show / Early Departure – No refund will be provided.

• In case of flight/train cancellations, natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions, refund/adjustment will depend on the policies of hotels, transport, and ferry operators.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
