• Booking Confirmation: 50% advance payment at the time of booking.

• Balance Payment: Remaining 50% to be cleared 7 days before the travel date.

• Mode of Payment: Online transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking.

• Booking Validity: Package rates are valid only upon receiving the advance payment.

Cancellation Policy:

• 30 days or more before travel: Full refund after deducting a nominal processing fee.

• 15–29 days before travel: 50% of the package cost will be deducted.

• 7–14 days before travel: 75% of the package cost will be deducted.

• Less than 7 days before travel / No show: No refund applicable.

• Flight/Ferry Tickets: Non-refundable once booked, as per airline/ferry operator policies.
